Hatha yoga aims to purify the body and therefore the mind, creating balance with steadiness and ease (Sthira & Sukham). Vinyasa means to place in a special way. When all aspects are combined with the breath we create a beautiful practice that we can, in turn carry through into our everyday lives.
I will now be offering a selection of small classes which will take place in my home studio in Row Town (full address on application). There will be a selection of Hatha/Vinyasa, Gentle Yoga, Chair Yoga and Relaxation.
Classes in my home studio will be for a maximum of 3 people and a minimum of 2.
Tuesday morning's at New Haw Library will remain the same to accommodate a larger
class and if bookings for Saturday's class exceeds 5 then it will take place at the
Library if it is available*.
All classes except Chair will also be available on Zoom if required.
All classes must be pre-booked and 24 hours notice of cancellation is required.

Thursday 7pm - 8pm - Relaxation/gentle stretch/meditation

Saturday 9.30am - 10.30am - Yoga
